  • Representing the head chef in his absence
  • Compliance with and implementation of the requirements for daily business and events
  • Quality compliance in food production and food distribution
  • Economic efficiency in the implementation of daily requirements
  • Active food production with adherence to the recipes according to the menu plans for the assigned outlets
  • Active support of the teams in the outlets
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with legal HACCP rules in the cooking area and storage rooms
  • Allocation of tasks to kitchen staff and apprentice chefs
  • Administrative tasks:
  • Ordering goods
  • Warehousing and inventory taking
  • Goods picking
