- Representing the head chef in his absence
- Compliance with and implementation of the requirements for daily business and events
- Quality compliance in food production and food distribution

- Active food production with adherence to the recipes according to the menu plans for the assigned outlets
- Active support of the teams in the outlets
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with legal HACCP rules in the cooking area and storage rooms
- Allocation of tasks to kitchen staff and apprentice chefs
- Administrative tasks:
- Ordering goods
- Warehousing and inventory taking
- Goods picking
