HR Administrator (m/f/d)


We are looking for a qualified and responsible HR professional to strengthen our team—someone who will manage operational HR tasks while also taking on leadership responsibilities and further developing the HR function over time. In this role, you will be responsible for monthly payroll processing, the full spectrum of HR administration from onboarding to offboarding, as well as recruiting and applicant management. As a key point of contact for employees, managers, and executive leadership, you will ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations while actively contributing to the organization and continuous improvement of our HR processes.

Your tasks

  • Independent preparation of monthly payroll, including all required pre- and post-processing tasks
  • Processing payroll for various employment types, including employees subject to social security contributions, marginal part-time employment (minijobs), and short-term employment, also within the framework of temporary staffing
  • Preparation and submission of reports and certificates to health insurance funds, social security institutions, and government authorities
  • Responsibility for the full spectrum of HR administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including recruiting and applicant management
  • Maintenance and management of personnel files and HR systems
  • Primary point of contact for employees, managers, and executive leadership on HR and payroll-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities in HR, particularly in shaping and further developing HR processes

What we expect

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohnabrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Zwingend erforderlich: sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV LODAS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Organisationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Personal- und Unternehmensdaten
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
