Experience Dresden’s castles in the evening
In our season we depart Wednesday and Thursday 7:00pm from the Terrassenufer in Dresden’s Old Town to Pillnitz Palace.
After leaving the old town of Dresden, you can see the three historic Elbe castles from afar – Albrechtsberg Castle, Lingnerschloss Castle and Eckberg Castle were built on the site of a vineyard within 11 years from 1850.
Continue upriver, passing the famous Loschwitz Bridge, called the “Blue Wonder”, the TV Tower and the boatman’s church “Maria am Wasser”. Now we are approaching the fourth, probably most famous palace, Pillnitz Palace. On the return trip, you will have time to enjoy the evening atmosphere of the Elbe before the ship docks again at the Terrassenufer.
