What we offer you
Your tasks
- Professional customer service in the back office, the service center and the service station on the Terrassenufer
- Sale and procurement of tourist services and souvenirs
- Sale of vouchers and annual passes
- Tourist customer advice beyond the travel offers
- Accounting and cash handling in accordance with cash regulations
- Operational coordination with nautical personnel and operations management
(e.g. capacity inquiries, adherence to scheduled travel times, registration of guests with special requests, coordination in cases of incidents or emergencies). - Coordination of processes in the service station in the event of daily changes in consultation with all departments involved
- Setting up and processing tours and offers in the Travelmanager booking system
- Processing of inquiries, bookings, reservations, options and cancellations
- Management of quotas and processing of timetables and framework agreements
