The "Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt" has the oldest and largest paddle steamer fleet in the world with its nine historical steamers. The steamer "Diesbar" holds another record; this ship has the oldest steam engine in operation (from 1841) on a river steamer worldwide. Take some time out and enjoy the breathtaking views between the Saxon Wine Road and Saxon Switzerland.
Our fleet is further complemented with our two motor vessels "August der Starke" and "Gräfin Cosel". During the warmer seasons, you can enjoy trips and parties on mild summer evenings in an air-conditioned setting on board. In the winter and Christmas period we invite you to a warm and festive ambience with atmospheric advent moments on board.
